Ing. Jabesh Amissah-Arthur is a distinguished energy expert with over four decades of leadership in Africa’s power and energy sector. As Managing Partner at Arthur Energy Africa (AEA), he drives organizational strategy, oversees project execution, and fosters client relationships across diverse markets. His work spans strategic planning, policy analysis, project development, and contract negotiations for major energy infrastructure initiatives.
A Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers, Jabesh has held influential roles including Board Chair of Volta River Authority, CEO of Bui Power Authority, and Board Chair of the West African Gas Pipeline Authority. He has led landmark projects such as the 400 MW Bui Hydroelectric Project and contributed to regional energy integration through the West African Power Pool.

Harriette Amissah-Arthur is a seasoned energy expert with over three decades of leadership in Africa’s power and energy sector. As Executive Partner at Arthur Energy Africa, she has spearheaded transformative projects across West Africa, including Ghana’s first project-financed Independent Power Plant and a US$350 million rural electrification program that brought electricity to over 2,000 communities.
Her expertise spans power system planning, renewable energy integration, energy enterprise development, and strategic advisory for large-scale infrastructure projects. Harriette has advised governments, multilateral institutions, and private investors on energy policy, market entry, and investment strategies, shaping the future of sustainable energy in Africa.

Jermyn Amissah-Arthur is a seasoned financial and strategy specialist with over a decade of advisory experience spanning energy, financial services, real estate, construction, and agribusiness. He brings deep expertise in financial modelling, feasibility studies, value chain analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
As Senior Advisor at Arthur Energy Africa, Jermyn leads the Financial and Administrative Department and plays a pivotal role in executing major assignments. He serves as an Investment Advisor, evaluating equity investment opportunities and structuring projects, while also coordinating donor-funded initiatives ensuring compliance and successful delivery.
Emmanuel Sekor

Emmanuel Sekor is a lawyer with over 39 years of experience, specializing in the energy sector across Ghana and the African continent. His expertise spans infrastructure regulation, power markets, and policy development.
He is a former member of the Board of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), Ghana. Prior to that he had served for 12 years as Director of the Bureau of Legal Services at that Commission, and a member of the Technical Committee of the Energy Commission, Ghana for many years. During these public service years, he played a pivotal role in restructuring Ghana’s power sector and establishing the Commission. Since joining AEA as a Partner in 2009, Emmanuel has led major assignments in utility regulation, renewable energy policy, and cross-border power projects.

Constant Atukpa is an Electrical Engineer with over a decade of progressive industry experience in planning, engineering, executing, and managing grid electrification projects, data-driven loss reduction and performance improvement projects for power distribution utilities in Ghana and the West African sub region.
As Principal Engineer at Arthur Energy Africa, Constant plays a pivotal role in leading the development of competitive proposals (technical & financial), overseeing execution & managing projects with focus on planning, resource forecasting, scheduling & budgeting, engineering & design inputs, and other technical activities relating to projects in adherence to contract specifications, and HSE & quality standards.
