Market Study

The World Bank engaged Arthur Energy Advisors (AEA) to organize a Dam Safety Training Study Tour for Energie Centrafricaine (ENERCA) staff, aimed at enhancing their technical capacity in dam maintenance and safety coordination in the Central African Republic. AEA successfully conducted the tour, covering all intended topics, facilitating technical presentations, observing ongoing dam monitoring activities, and enabling participants to interact with management at three operational hydroelectric plants: the 160 MW Kpong Plant, 1,020 MW Akosombo Plant, and 400 MW Bui Plant.
